Returns policy

We want you to love your AllYourMerch order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
14-day returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.
Return postage
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Item condition
Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition (for example, if it has been worn, washed, or damaged).
Custom orders
We do not accept returns on custom orders. This includes personalised or made-to-order items created to your specification.
How to request a return
Contact us via the contact form on this website or message us through our Etsy shop. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Orders placed through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s buyer protection policies where applicable.
